Elron is the trade name and SaaS service operated by DECALAB. DECALAB uses the elron.ai domain and @elron.ai email addresses to operate the Service.

The publication director is Clément Barberousse, in his capacity as managing director of DECALAB.

The Service is hosted on infrastructure provided by:

The application servers and primary database are located in the European Union.

4. Intellectual property

All components of the Service, including its text, trademarks, logos, software, models, prompts, interfaces, and database structures, are protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without DECALAB’s prior written consent is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

The “Elron” trademark and associated logos are the exclusive property of DECALAB.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. DECALAB has no control over those websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
